Join Carrier Global Corporation as a Technical Specialist (Applied AI Specialist – Aftermarket AI & Digital Solutions) in Hyderabad, India (Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad). Bringing 8 to 15 years of software engineering and AI/ML experience, this senior leadership role focuses on designing, building, and scaling AI-enabled digital solutions for Carrier’s global aftermarket service business. You will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and predictive analytics to enhance field service operations, warranty analytics, equipment predictive maintenance, and digital copilots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic workflows to accelerate aftermarket operations and predictive servicing.
  • Architect scalable Python microservices, RESTful APIs, and backend frameworks for AI assistants, copilots, and intelligent workflow tools.
  • Deploy and manage production AI/ML models using Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud-native infrastructure, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop data preparation, feature engineering, and feature store pipelines for both structured sensor data and unstructured technical service documentation.
  • Collaborate with MLOps engineers, system architects, and business product owners to optimize AI models for production readiness, scalability, and inference speed.
  • Provide technical guidance, architectural oversight, and code reviews for junior and mid-level software engineers across global digital teams.
