Join Carrier Global Corporation as a Technical Specialist (Applied AI Specialist – Aftermarket AI & Digital Solutions) in Hyderabad, India (Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad). Bringing 8 to 15 years of software engineering and AI/ML expertise, this role designs, develops, and deploys scalable AI-enabled digital solutions across Carrier’s global aftermarket business. You will focus on predictive maintenance, field service automation, warranty analytics, and agentic LLM applications, integrating Python backend microservices and cloud-native AI platforms to drive measurable operational value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks for aftermarket service, predictive maintenance, and field efficiency.
  • Develop AI-powered digital assistants, LLM-based copilots, and workflow automation solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Architect scalable backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and reusable AI components in Python.
  • Build feature engineering and data preparation pipelines for structured operational data and unstructured technical service logs.
  • Deploy and manage containerized AI workloads on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) following MLOps and CI/CD best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and data engineers while providing technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
