Join Stripe as a Software Engineering Intern in Bengaluru to build real, mission-critical products that expand the global internet economy. Working alongside a dedicated manager and engineering mentors, you will contribute directly to Stripe’s production codebase across backend services, distributed systems, or user-facing payment flows. You will apply core computer science fundamentals, design resilient software, and collaborate cross-functionally to turn complex technical challenges into simple, robust financial infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write, test, and ship production-quality code that directly impacts Stripe’s global payment infrastructure.
- Participate in design reviews and peer code reviews, actively giving and incorporating technical feedback.
- Analyze, navigate, and debug large, multi-language codebases to implement features or platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather requirements, communicate status, and refine technical solutions.
- Develop unit and integration tests with strong coverage to ensure high code quality and minimal software defects.
