Drive Network Reliability and Performance Through Automated Testing, System Debugging, and Robust Software Enhancements
Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) as a Software Engineer I within the Network Testing & Automation team to advance edge-to-cloud technologies. Operating onsite from Bengaluru, you will apply fundamental software engineering principles to code, test, and debug networking subsystems, operating system utilities, and internet-related software. Working alongside internal and partner engineering teams, you will execute structured test suites, identify and log system issues, and contribute to building high-quality, cost-effective enterprise networking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, code, and implement enhancements, updates, and bug fixes for software subsystems, compilers, networking components, and utilities.
- Execute established test plans and automated protocols to validate code behavior and system stability.
- Analyze, log, debug, and resolve technical issues across multi-platform software environments.
- Collaborate with internal software teams and outsourced development partners to ensure alignment on product design and system specifications.
- Participate in full-lifecycle software quality assurance, maintaining clean code standards and test documentation.
