Ship End-to-End Compliance Orchestration Microservices and AI Agents to Combat Financial Crime at Global Scale

Join AiPrise as a Software Engineer I to design, build, and deploy production-grade features for a global compliance orchestration platform. In this high-impact “build it, ship it, own it” role, you will work end-to-end across backend RESTful APIs, third-party vendor integrations (covering 80+ compliance providers), data pipelines, and customer-facing workflows. Based in Bangalore, you will collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams to turn complex KYB, AML, and risk detection challenges into high-performance, resilient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full-stack feature development from requirements and architectural design to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Architect and build scalable microservices and REST APIs to orchestrate data across identity verification, sanctions screening, and risk scoring providers.
  • Design data ingestion and transformation pipelines for handling global compliance datasets.
  • Develop robust case management interfaces and automated workflows for KYB/AML compliance operations.
  • Debug production issues rapidly, establish monitoring and observability, and participate in peer code reviews to maintain technical excellence.
