Bringing 15 to 20 years of technical expertise in software architecture, AI/ML, and data engineering, this executive-level technical leadership role drives the architectural vision and engineering execution for Carrier’s aftermarket digital platform. You will design scalable enterprise AI solutions, LLM architectures, RAG frameworks, and cloud-native microservices to revolutionize predictive maintenance, field service efficiency, and warranty analytics across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the overall system and software architecture for enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI platforms across global aftermarket service lines.
  • Architect high-throughput Python backend services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native microservices on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Establish enterprise frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and vector search systems.
  • Lead cloud platform engineering initiatives, overseeing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and model lifecycle management.
  • Design scalable data engineering and feature pipelines capable of processing high-volume structured IoT/telemetry data alongside unstructured technical documentation.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders, product owners, and global engineering leaders to align AI technology roadmaps with strategic aftermarket growth goals.
