Working on-site with cross-functional teams, you will assist in managing assigned commodities, analyzing SAP/MRP data, expediting components, and addressing supplier quality and accounts payable issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, production, and shipping teams to support daily supply chain operations.
- Procure, plan, and expedite assigned component commodities to meet production schedules and sales targets.
- Analyze MRP and SAP data to monitor supplier performance metrics, generate inventory reports, and execute root cause analyses.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure on-time material delivery through accurate purchase orders and schedule agreements.
- Resolve Accounts Payable invoice discrepancies and coordinate the return of defective materials with suppliers.
