Develop Scalable Full-Stack Software, React SPAs, and Microservices for Smart Connected Buildings and Enterprise BMS Frameworks

Join Honeywell as a Software Engineer I in Bengaluru to develop and integrate advanced full-stack software solutions for connected buildings and Building Management Systems (BMS). Working on a hybrid schedule, you will design modern React single-page applications and build robust C# .NET and Node.js backend services. You will apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices, design patterns, and cloud-native concepts to build scalable, secure, and sustainable building automation products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive UI Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js, modern CSS3, SCSS, and component-driven libraries.
  • Build backend systems, APIs, and microservices using C# .NET and Node.js frameworks.
  • Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies using frameworks like Jest, XUnit, and NUnit.
  • Collaborate with System Technical Leads to build Proofs of Concept (PoCs), prototypes, and system designs.
  • Manage relational database integrations using SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and fast query performance.

Tools/Technologies Used:

  • Frontend Development: React.js, SCSS/CSS3, JavaScript, Storybook JS, Micro-frontends
  • Backend & APIs: C# .NET, Node.js, WebAPI, gRPC, GraphQL
