Commission, Maintain, and Troubleshoot Industrial Chiller Infrastructure to Ensure Maximum Uptime for Mission-Critical Data Centers
Join Carrier (Thailand) Limited as a Field Service Engineer (Chiller/Data Center) based in Bangkok. In this field-based aftermarket service role, you will perform start-up, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for large-scale chiller systems supporting mission-critical data center facilities. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults, respond to emergency call-outs to minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute start-up, commissioning, system testing, and operational validation for industrial chillers in data center environments.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, performance monitoring, and preventive servicing of heavy HVAC infrastructure.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and digital control system issues on-site.
- Respond to emergency service calls and system alarms to meet strict client SLA requirements and minimize downtime.
- Author detailed field service reports, system performance documentation, and maintenance logs for project stakeholders.
