Produce High-Quality Graphic Design, Image Retouching, Masking, and Color Correction for Global Enterprise Clients
Join Personiv (an eClerx company) as an Analyst in Graphic Design Services within the Digital Operations team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will execute high-volume graphic design tasks, including image clear-cutting, masking, retouching, and layout creation using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. Working closely with Associate Process Managers and shipping teams, you will deliver pixel-perfect digital media assets tailored to client specifications while maintaining strict quality metrics and quick turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform image editing tasks including clear cutting, background masking, color correction, and photo retouching using Adobe Photoshop and related tools.
- Prepare, format, and package final design files according to customer specifications for product shipping and asset delivery teams.
- Execute design updates, layout adjustments, and feedback received from Team Leads and operations managers.
- Resolve customer escalations quickly by delivering revised graphic assets that meet quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new features, tools, and workflows within the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
